Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\)Age more than 18 years and less than 60 years
- •(2\)Both gender
- •(3\)Subject with SARCoV\-2 infected and uninfected confirmed by RT\-PCR on nasopharyngeal swab.
- •(4\)RT\-PCR confirmed SARSCoV\-2 infected patients with mild, moderate, and server COVID\-19 disease based on WHO criteria.
