- •(1)Age more than 18 years and less than 60 years
- •(2)Both gender
- •(3)Subject with SARCoV-2 infected and uninfected confirmed by RT-PCR on nasopharyngeal swab.
- •(4)RT-PCR confirmed SARSCoV-2 infected patients with mild, moderate, and server COVID-19 disease based on WHO criteria.
