Inclusion Criteria
1.18 years and older
2.German fluency
3.Diagnostic evaluation of (potential) cancer disease (eligible for wave 1)
4.Histological diagnosis of cancer (eligible for waves ##2)
Exclusion Criteria
1.Prior malignancies and associated therapies
2.Brain metastasis
3.Psychiatric disorders
4.Intellectual difficulties
5.Serious medical condition(s) such as cancer-related diseases, for example peritoneal carcinomatosis, non-healing wounds etc.

Name Time Method Depression/Anxiety (Patient Health Questionnaire - PHQ9 - by Gräfe et al. 2004)<br>Six assessments: 1) pre-diagnosis, 2) after diagnosis/pre-treatment, 3) after treatment, 4) after rehabilitation, 5) follow-up 12 months after diagnosis, and 6) follow-up 24 months after diagnosis.
