Age between 20 and 70 years, presence of hemorrhoid grade III or IV
Exclusion criteria: Presence of anal fissure, previous hemorrhoidectomy, substance abuse, pregnancy, presence of cirrhosis, and receiving oral Nitroglycerin or Cholestyramine
