Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•Students attending year 8 to 12 at regular schools in the Rhine\-Neckar\-Region; increased level of stress (rawscore of 8 or higher in the Perceived Stress Scale\-4 (Cohen et al., 1983\). Only for the analysis of hair cortisol: Hair length at least 3 cm.

Exclusion Criteria

•Current severe psychological disorder (Schizophrenia, Severe Major Depression, Borderline\-Personality\-Disorder), current psychotherapeutical treatment. For the analyis of hair cortisol (no requirement for the participation in the study in general): ingestion of drugs containing glucocorticoid or psychiatric drugs, pregnancy, endocrinologic or neurologic deseases. For the examination of the heart rate variability: cardiac arrhythmia.
