Women with age between 20 and 70 years
Pregnant women
Medical conditions causing UI like pelvic cancer, severe endometriosis, use of intrautrine device, any neurological or metabolic disorders leading to UI, urinary infection
Women with uterine prolapse
Women who have already taken treatment/ taking treatment or done exercise for this problem
Women who are not able to perform exercise due to pain, discomforts etc
Women who are psychologically unstable
Women who are not willing to participate in the study
