Brief Summary

This is parallel group study to evaluate the efficacy of palash ksharasutra and svarnakshiryadi taila in the management of fistula in ano.In this study group A,15 patients will be administered with palash ksharasutra  which will be changed in the interval of 7 days.And group B,15 patients will be administered with palash ksharasutra along with svarnakshiryadi taila,10 ml,od for the duration of 2 months.

Inclusion Criteria

1)fistula tract upto 1-7 cm 2)patients suffering from signs and symptoms of bhagandara.

Exclusion Criteria

1)Age below 16 yrs and above 60 yrs 2)high anal fistula having tract more than 7 cm 3)malignancy,HIV and uncontrolled hypertension.
