入选标准
- •Patients of either sex between 1-15 years of age
- •Patients weighing between 5 - 70 kgs
- •Patients of height 65 - 175 cms
- •Patients belonging to ASA physical status grade I â?? II
- •Patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1. Patients refusing to participate in study
- •2. Children with upper respiratory tract infection
- •3. Children with Restricted mouth opening, trismus, pharyngo - perilaryngeal abscess, trauma or mass in the pharynx,retrognathia
- •4. Patients with Congenital heart disease
- •5. Patients with increased risk of pulmonary aspiration.
- •6. Body mass Index of < 18 and > 25 Kg/m2
- •7. Reactive airway or parenchymal disease.
- •8. Patients with history of respiratory, renal or hepatic disease
- •9. Patients undergoing emergency surgery
