Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Children age between 2\-6 years old, who visit OPD or IPD in Songklanagarind hospital

Exclusion Criteria

  • children with one of these criteria were exclude
  • 1\. global developmental delays, delay language development, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and Autistic
  • 2\. congenital anomaly
  • 4\. abdominal surgery
  • 5\. current medication that affects bowel movement e.g. opioid, antihypertensive drug, diuretic
  • 6\. constipation relates to organic cause
