- •1.Aged 2 to 8 years
- •2.ASA I and II patients scheduled for upper abdominal surgeries through unilateral upper quadrant incision
排除标准
- •1.Parent refusal to participate in the study
- •2.Patient with coagulation disorders
- •3.ASA III and IV
- •4.Patients hypersensitive to study medications
- •5.Patient with developmental or mental delay
- •6.Skin lesions or infection at the planned site of needle insertion
- •7.Subcostal incision extended to opposite side
