- •History of Grade III \& IV defect on the medial or lateral femoral condyle or troclea,Failed prior treatment to articular defects of the knee
Exclusion Criteria
- •Alcohol or drug abuse during last 3 years,Inflammatory joint disease,Serious illness and infective etiology
