- •Patients with symptomatic bradycardia and complete heart block with left ventricular ejection fraction that candidate for permanent pacemaker.
- •Exclusion criteria: Symptomatic coronary artery disease; Apparent valvular heart disease; Cardiomyopathy; Left ventricular ejection fraction less than 50% before pacemaker implantation.
