- •age:18\-65 each sex; elective surgery; major surgery ; ASA class 1 or 2; informed cosent
- •exclusion criteria:
- •spinal anesthesia contraindication; opium addicted patients; emergent surgery; severe COPD; drug allergy to used drug in this study
