Inclusion Criteria
All patients older than 18 years of age of both sexes admitted ICU of IGIMS Patna
In whom central venous catheter insertion is required for any clinical indication.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient on mechanical ventilation
History of radiotherapy or surgery to neck or chest
Pulmonary hypertension
Severe tricuspid regergitation
Previous/active upper extremity deep vein thrombosis
Pregnant women
