188 PCOS patients attending the gynecological endocrinology clinic during January 2014- March 2020 at Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. A diagnosis of PCOS was based on the revised Rotterdam 2003 criteria.
1)previously diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, or other endocrinologic abnormalities
2)had history of steroid or other hormonal usage
3)had incomplete medical records were excluded
