Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria consisted of age between 20-40 years, ASAphysical status 1 and 11, single pregnancy, elective ceasarean, gestational age=37weeks and patients satisfaction.
Exclusion criteria consisted of hypovolemia, deformity of spinal column, increase of ICP, coaglopathy, infection of skin or soft tissue and unsatisfaction of patient .

Name Time Method Blood pressure. Timepoint: before spinal anesthesia andevery 5 minutes interval through out the surgery until 30 minutes,therefore at 15minutes interval until 1.5 hourrs after spinal. Method of measurement: palseoxymetery.;Heart rate. Timepoint: before spinal anesthesia andevery 5 minutes interval through out the surgery until 30 minutes,therefore at 15minutes interval until 1.5 hourrs after spinal.
