1 Married women within the age group between 20 to 35 years
2 Regular cycle
3 Women either primary or secondary infertility will be considered
4 History of recurrent abortion due to uterine factors implantation defect will be considered
5. Infertility only cause by uterine factors endometrial factor will be considered
1 Married women of age below 20yrs and above 35 years
2 Irregular cycle more than 45 to 60 daysE Either oligomenorrhea menorrhagia metrorrhagia
3 Severe Pelvic inflammatory disease Pelvic organ prolapse Ovarian tumors ancer of cervix and uterus
4 Severe Anaemic Women Hb less than 8gm per dl
5 Patients having any known case of systemic disorders like Pulmonary Koch Asthma HTN Congenital abnormalities Endocrine disorders like Thyroid dysfunction Diabetes mellitus cushing syndrome
6 Other causes of female infertility like ovulatory dysfunctiont ubal disease cervical factors pelvic endometriosis etc will be excluded
