Inclusion Criteria
Age : 5 months to 5 years
ASA grade 1 and 2
Children undergoing surgery for complete or incomplete, unilateral or bilateral cleft lip
Exclusion Criteria
Sensitivity to local anaesthetic
Bleeding diathesis
History of convulsion disorder
Hepatic diseases
Congenital cardiac anomalies
Low birth weight infants
Infection in the region of infraorbital foramen
