Inclusion Criteria
Singleton pregnant women at least 18 years of age with corrected gestational age. Gestational age between 18 to 24 weeks and literate in Thai.
Exclusion Criteria
Underlying diseases involving vascular abnormalities such as SLE, chronic renal disease, chronic hypertension. History of preeclampsia in prior pregnancy. Pregnant with structural fetal abnormalities. Smoking. Anticoagulant or antiplatelet usage.
