Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Who have undergone elective surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation expected to be extubated between next 12 \- 72 hours ge18\-60 years ASA physical status I or II male female

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients who are hemodynamically unstable
  • cardiothoracic surgery,
  • Disease affecting diaphragm, for e.g.; myasthenia gravis, diaphragmatic hernia, cervical spine injury etc.
