Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Who have undergone elective surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation expected to be extubated between next 12 \- 72 hours ge18\-60 years ASA physical status I or II male female
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are hemodynamically unstable
- •cardiothoracic surgery,
- •Disease affecting diaphragm, for e.g.; myasthenia gravis, diaphragmatic hernia, cervical spine injury etc.
