Inclusion Criteria
Patient with symptomatic malignant pleural effusion
Age over 18 years old
LENT score less than 5
ECOG score 0-2
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy
Allergy to medication and talc
Bleeding tendency
Hemodynamic instability
Recent myocardial infarction in 6 weeks
Unexpandable lung, complicated pleural effusion
