An observational study undertaken to study effect of change in blood pressure, blood CO2, blood glucose, body temperature, heart rate during operative procedures in traumatic brain injury patients undergoing surgeries for extracranial injury and its correlation with post operative outcome.

1. Patients having traumatic brain injury,as confirmed on CT Brain, undergoing extracranial surgery within 72 hours of admission.
2. Age more than 18 years of age.
3. Patients with Systolic blood pressure more than or equal to 90 mmHg with or without ionotropic supports
4.Patient with Glasgow coma score more than or equal to 13 i.e, moderate to severe traumatic brain injuries.
5.Patients with any other comorbidities like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, ischaemic heart disease, chronic kidney disease, etc.
1.Patients less than 18yrs.
2.Patients/Relatives not willing to give consent.
3.Patients undergoing craniotomy before extracranial surgery.
4.TBI patients undergoing extracranial surgery beyond 72 hours.
