入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients having traumatic brain injury,as confirmed on CT Brain, undergoing extracranial surgery within 72 hours of admission.
- •2. Age more than 18 years of age.
- •3. Patients with Systolic blood pressure more than or equal to 90 mmHg with or without ionotropic supports
- •4.Patient with Glasgow coma score more than or equal to 13 i.e, moderate to severe traumatic brain injuries.
- •5.Patients with any other comorbidities like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, ischaemic heart disease, chronic kidney disease, etc.
排除标准
- •1.Patients less than 18yrs.
- •2.Patients/Relatives not willing to give consent.
- •3.Patients undergoing craniotomy before extracranial surgery.
- •4.TBI patients undergoing extracranial surgery beyond 72 hours.
