Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
eft ventricular ejection fraction using:

1. Mitral annular plane systolic excursion

2. Mitral annular tissue peak velocity of septal and lateral auunulus

3.Modified Smpsons MethodTimepoint: The first two measurements will be taken at:

a. after induction of anesthesia

b. after sternotomy

c. after pericardioctomy

d. after aortic and venous cannulation

e. after sternal closure.

measurment of ejection fraction will be done using modified Simsons method after induction and after sternal closure
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
1. Heart rate

2. Mean blood pressure

3. Adverse effects including:

a. intraoperative hypotension

b. arrhythmias

c.Mediastinal bleeding

Timepoint: Hemodynamic variables will be observed Intraoperatively only while other variables will be also be in immediate post-operative period upto 48 hours.
