Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • acute coronary syndrome patients undergone coronary revascularization or referred to conservative strategy
  • age ≥ 70 years
  • diagnosis of delirium by the Confusion Assessment Method in the ICU (CAM-ICU) scale

Exclusion Criteria
