- •ASA PS 1&2 posted for elective lumbar spine fusion surgeries.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with liver, renal and cardiovascular disorders.
- •2. Patient undergoing recurrent spine surgeries.
- •3. Patient with COPD.
- •4. Known neurological or psychiatric illness or on neuro psychiatric treatment.
- •5. Who have received Pregabalin in last 24 hours.
- •6. Whose BMI >30 kg/m2
- •7. Patient allergic to study drug in the past.
