Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA PS 1\&2 posted for elective lumbar spine fusion surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with liver, renal and cardiovascular disorders.
- •2\. Patient undergoing recurrent spine surgeries.
- •3\. Patient with COPD.
- •4\. Known neurological or psychiatric illness or on neuro psychiatric treatment.
- •5\. Who have received Pregabalin in last 24 hours.
- •6\. Whose BMI \>30 kg/m2
- •7\. Patient allergic to study drug in the past.
