Inclusion Criteria
1. Any experience of spine injuries or another spinal injury as a result of an accident (e.g., road accident, etc.).
2. The patients who have disc bulging, protrusion, and extrusion.
3. The respondents who are capable of independent communication and capable of giving informed verbal consent to this study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. The pregnant female patients who have children.
2. The patients who had undergone some surgery as pelvic region, spinal surgery, LUCS, etc.
3. Any experience with chronic inflammatory pain (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.).
4. Individuals who have refused to participate in the study.
