Patients posted for laparoscopic cholecysectomy
1.Patients with previous history of PONV or motion sickness.
2.Menstruating, pregnant or lactating women.
3.Patients receiving opioids, steroids, psychoactive drugs or antiemetic drugs within 24 hours before anaesthesia.
4.Patients who received cancer chemotherapy within 4 weeks or emetogenic radiotherapy within 8 weeks.
5.Patients who were smokers, obese, had diabetes, psychiatric diseases or gastrointestinal tract disease.
6.Patients posted for an emergency surgery.
