•1. Post-traumatic stress disorder (ICD F43.1) as the primary psychiatric diagnosis (PTSD syndrome as the main complaint) with at least 45 points in the PCL questionnaire - diagnosis is confirmed with the PCL questionnaire
•2. Women and men aged 18 to 65
•3. Comorbidities such as depression may be present, but must not be the main morbidity.

•1. Mild PTSD with other psychiatric illnesses such as depression in the foreground
•2. Resting heart rate> 100 / min with three measurements
•3. The physical suitability of the test persons is determined by a clinical examination by an investigator. Important exclusion criteria are in particular:
•Absolute exclusion criteria for patients
•-Untreated high blood pressure with values ??above 160/100 mmHg
