Case group
? subject aged 19 or more
? patients diagnosed liver cirrhosis using abdominal CT, abdomnial ultrasonograph,
or clinically evidence of liver cirrhosis
? patients with liver cirrhosis caused by viral hepatitis B or C, or alcoholic hepatitis
? liver cirrhosis patients with informed consent
? liver cirrhosis patients with Child-Pugh score B or C
Control group
? subject aged 19 or more
? no underlying disease
? subjects without chronic hepatitis
? normal subjects with informed consent
Case group
? subjects aged 18 or younger or subjects aged 80 or more
? subjects without evidence of infectious disease
? subjects with history of use of antibiotics in recent 2weeks
? patients diagnosed with cancer
? subjects with history of intestinal resection or abdominal surgery
? subjects with other severe diseases
? subjects with history of anaphylaxis on actulose, mannitol
Control group
? subjects aged 18 or younger or subjects aged 80 or more
? subjects with past medical history
? subjects with history of anaphylaxis on actulose, mannitol
