1. Myanmar workers aged 18 and above.
2. Active Facebook users (defined as those who log in at least once a week).
3. Willingness to participate in the entire duration of the intervention.
4. Written informed consent provided
1. Workers with diagnosed chronic musculoskeletal/medical conditions that might interfere with the intervention.
2. Those who are not active Facebook users.
3. Workers planning to leave their job or the region within the next two months.
4. Individuals unwilling or unable to provide informed consent
