Inclusion Criteria

The woman after cesarean delivery by spinal block and no complications by giving birth at the gestational age from 37 week or more and underwent cesarean delivery between 6:00am-04:00pm.

Exclusion Criteria

The woman after cesarean delivery with postpartum hemorrhage,operating time>60mins,severe pelvic adhesion,casarean hysterctomy,previous bowel &intraabdominal organ surgery except appendectomy,gut obstruction,chronic inflammatory bowel disease,previous abdominal radiation,intubation or retained NG tube intra or post-operation,ICU admission,severe medical underlying or complication and pregnant who had NPO time< 6 hour.
