1. Patients over 19 years who visit emergency department of Seoul National University Hospital during the study period.
2. Patients with chief complaints of any of the following symptoms:
- Chill, Cough, Dyspnea, Fever, Hemoptysis, Chest pain, Sputum
3. Patients who undergo chest X-rays in the Seoul National University Hospital
1. Severely ill patients with Korean Triage and Acuity Scale 1.
2. Patients who visited the emergency department due to trauma.
3. Patients judged to be inappropriate for inclusion by the emergency department physician who first evaluated the patient.
