Inclusion Criteria
Included all the patients diagnosed with MI, AF, atherosclerosis, and CVA.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients age less than 18 years, incomplete basic, laboratory and physical information of the patients with a history of CVD and not willing to participate in the study.

Name Time Method To find the association of dietary choline consumed with the occurrence of the cardiovascular diseases.Timepoint: Study hypostatized is Case-Control design. Participants selected for based on outcome status with Myocardial Infraction, Cerebrovascular Accident, Atherosclerosis, Atrial fibrillation. Participants having the outcome of interest referred to as cases, whereas other do not have the outcome of interest referred to as controls. Assesses the nutritional choline diet in both groups. Our study is observational type and only baseline information will be recorded and no follow up information is required.
