Radiologic examination of each patient will be performed and all will be treated by the same surgeon and assistant. Extraction will be performed using nerve blocking agents -lignocaine with adrenaline (1:2,00,000) locally by giving required blocks for extraction. The tooth will be loosened with elevator and extracted by using suitable forceps. After removal of the tooth, the A’PRF or L’PRF will be placed into the socket. In all cases, a sterile physiological saline solution containing no antibacterial agent will be used to clean the socket left from the extraction; then, A’PRF or L’PRF will be placed inside the tooth socket followed by closing the wound with 3’0 silk suture. A gauze pad will be placed in the surgical area and the patient will be asked to bite on for 30 min. Stitches will be removed after 7 days.
Post-surgical care: Patient will be placed on antibiotics and analgesics. Clinical parameters will be evaluated after 1 day,3days,7days and 3 and 6 months
