Inclusion Criteria

1. Adults aged 18-59 years old
2. Both male and female with BMI more than or equal 18.5 kg/m2
3. Able to read and write independently
4. Willing to participate in the study
5. Signed the study consent form

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant or lactating individuals
2. Having history or current presence of severe chronic diseases and complications, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetic complications, severe hypertension, cancer, chronic kidney disease, disability, thyroid disease, liver disease
3. Surgical or drug-treated obesity
4. Alcohol or drug abuse
5. Having history of bariatric surgery within the last 6-9 months
6. Metabolic conditions that alter nutrition requirements (e.g., celiac disease, crohn's disease)
7. Eating behavioral disorder
8. Weight loss of more than 5 kg in the last three months
9. Participation in a weight loss program in the previous three months
10. Incomplete data or inability to draw blood
