  • Patients aged between 18 and 60 belonging to either sex undergoing elective surgery under General anaesthesia.
  • American Society of Anaesthesiologist 1 and 2.

排除标准

  • Patients requiring postoperative mechanical ventilation
  • Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
  • Body mass index (≥35 kg/m2)
  • Allergy to study drug
  • Contraindications to use of study medications such as cardiac, renal, hepatic disease, seizure or other neurological disorder,
  • Chronic substance abuse
  • History of chronic pain.
