- •Patients aged between 18 and 60 belonging to either sex undergoing elective surgery under General anaesthesia.
- •American Society of Anaesthesiologist 1 and 2.
排除标准
- •Patients requiring postoperative mechanical ventilation
- •Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
- •Body mass index (≥35 kg/m2)
- •Allergy to study drug
- •Contraindications to use of study medications such as cardiac, renal, hepatic disease, seizure or other neurological disorder,
- •Chronic substance abuse
- •History of chronic pain.
