Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Participants requiring single or multiple individual crown restorations in the posterior teeth (1st premolar to 2nd molar).
  • Patients with teeth problems indicated for all ceramic crowns in esthetic zone: • Teeth restored with large filling restorations • Endodontically treated teeth • Malformed teeth • Malposed teeth (Tilted, over\-erupted, rotated, etc.)
  • Occlusal function with a natural tooth
  • No tooth mobility
  • Abutment with sound gingival and periodontal health: • Periodontal probing depth prior to tooth preparation \= 4mm. • Full mouth plaque scores \<20% at study baseline. • Full mouth bleeding scores \<20% at study baseline.
  • Psychologically and physically able to co\-operate during the tooth preparation procedure for zirconia crown restoration.
  • Thick gingival biotype
  • Ability and willingness to return for follow\-up visits

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients in growth stage with partially erupted teeth
  • Patients with medical history in which any dental intervention would be contraindicated
  • Patients with any local or systemic disease, condition or medication that might compromise health of the periodontium
  • Patients who use tobacco in any form
