Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients with global and upper trunk (C5,C6) brachial plexus injury on dominant or non-dominant sideoperated with nerve transfer of Spinal Accessory Nerve (SAN) to Suprascapular Nerve (SSN) for shoulder abduction

2. Patients in their post-operative period from 3 years onwards

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with lower trunk C8,T1 brachial plexus injury

2. Psychological conditions

3. Patients with bilateral brachial plexus injury

4. Associated fractures

5. Associated injury to passive stabilizers of shoulder leading to laxity
