Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • pregnant women who are undergoing lower segment caesarean section

Exclusion Criteria

  • pregnant women who are
  • hypersensitive to the drug
  • infection at the injection site
  • thrombocytopenia
  • if vertical abdominal incision required
  • BMI \<18 kg/m2 or 35kg/m2
  • baseline BP \<100 mmHg
  • patient with height \<150 cm or \>180 cm
