Inclusion Criteria
- •pregnant women who are undergoing lower segment caesarean section
Exclusion Criteria
- •pregnant women who are
- •hypersensitive to the drug
- •infection at the injection site
- •thrombocytopenia
- •if vertical abdominal incision required
- •BMI \<18 kg/m2 or 35kg/m2
- •baseline BP \<100 mmHg
- •patient with height \<150 cm or \>180 cm
