Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •pregnant women who are undergoing lower segment caesarean section

Exclusion Criteria

  • •pregnant women who are
  • •hypersensitive to the drug
  • •infection at the injection site
  • •thrombocytopenia
  • •if vertical abdominal incision required
  • •BMI \<18 kg/m2 or 35kg/m2
  • •baseline BP \<100 mmHg
  • •patient with height \<150 cm or \>180 cm
