- •2.Patients indicated for periodontal surgeries.

- •1.Patients with the history of intolerance or hypersensitivity to diclofenac.
- •2.Any systemic diseases or condition that affects the oral tissues,
- •3.Pregnant or lactating women.
- •4.Patients on oral/systemic NSAIDs therapy for the last three months.

Per rectal diclofenac tablet (suppository) and inraveous fluid (Ringer lactate) are already proven for decreasing adverse effect (pancreatitis) after an endoscopic procedure (ERCP).
