Exclusion Criteria

  • patient refusal. contraindication for epidural . pregnant women. cardiorespiratory , hepatic, renal , neurological , blood disorders. Deformities of spine. ASA 3 and 4\.

Per rectal diclofenac tablet (suppository) and inraveous fluid (Ringer lactate) are already proven for decreasing adverse effect (pancreatitis) after an endoscopic procedure (ERCP).
