Age group 18-65 years

Body weight 40-70 kg

ASA grade 1 and 2

Scheduled for surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

Patients not willing to participate in study

Uncooperative patients

Patients with history of drug allergy

Patients with pre-existing asthma, renal or hepatic dysfunction

Pregnancy/lactation

Morbid obese patient
