- •scheduled for surgery under General Anaesthesia

- •patient not willing to participate in the study uncooperative patient,
- •patients with a history of drug allergies,
- •patients with pre-existing disease like asthma, hepatic or renal dysfunction,
- •pregnant or lactating,
- •morbidly obese patient
