Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients of ASA 1 and 2 posted for hand and elbow surgery under axillary brachial plexus block.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Any mass in axilla
- •2\)accessory breast
- •3\)Axillary lymphadenopathy
- •4\)Previous surgery in axilla
- •5\)Patients who have restricted movements at elbow and wrist
