Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Presence of a life\-threatening neuromuscular disease (e.g. motor neuron disease or muscular dystrophy)
- •2\. Presence of severe central nervous system disease with palliative treatment needs according to the WHO definition of palliative care
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients younger than 18 years of age and patients who do not have a palliative treatment need
