Brief Summary

AIM: The Aim of this Study is to Identify the most Effective Corrective Exercise between Egoscue and Sahrmann in Correction of  Hyperkyphosis in Sedentary Job Workers using Kinovea Application.

INCLUSION CRITERIA: Nonsymptomatic sedentary job workers with more than 4 years of experience

Thoracic kyphosis angle ≥ 45 degrees

Age 25-50yrs

Patient willing to participate

Individuals who can comprehend the commands

EXCLUSION CRITERIA: Structural kyphosis

History of any spinal/shoulder surgery

Undergoing any other medical treatment

Diagnosed Neuromuscular disorders

Uncontrolled hypertension/diabetes

Any cardiac condition

Pregnancy

OUTCOME MEASURE:

PRIMARY OUTCOME: For  hyperkyphosis - the Kinovea application

Flexicurve tape

SECONDARY OUTCOME: For forward head posture - Kinovea application



For rounded shoulder posture - the Pectoralis Minor Index (PMI)



For lumbar lordosis index - Flexicurve tape

PROCEDURE: Patients will be randomly allocated in two different groups group A will be given Egoscue corrective exercises and group B will be given Sahrmann corrective exercises. Exercises will be given thrice a week for 4 weeks.

Inclusion Criteria

Non-symptomatic sedentary job workers with more than 4 years of experience Thoracic kyphosis angle ≥ 45 degree Age 25-50 years Patient willing to participate Individuals who can comprehend the commands.

Exclusion Criteria

Structural kyphosis History of any spinal/shoulder surgery Undergoing any other medical treatment Diagnosed Neuromuscular disorders Uncontrolled hypertension/diabetes Any cardiac condition Pregnancy.
