<p>The study parameters are:<br /><br>Objective 1&2:<br /><br>-Mean patch test reactions on SLS in 0%, 0.45%, 0.67%, 1% and 1.5% in water<br /><br>solution in TEWL (derived from *fragrance study*) This is a continuous<br /><br>numerical data.<br /><br>Objective 3 &4:<br /><br>-ACD<br /><br><br /><br>The endpoints are:<br /><br>-Presence or absence of a mutation for fillagrin and/or specific cytokines<br /><br>(such as interleukin (IL)-1*, IL-1*, IL-8, IL-10, and eventually other relevant<br /><br>cytokines, dependent on future developments)<br /><br>-Atopy scoring through questionnaires<br /><br>-Demographic data of the population (gender, age, etc.)</p><br>
