Female patients, aged between 18 and 55 years, with speech-language diagnosis of Muscle Tension Dysphonia and who agreed to participate in the study by signing the informed consent form .
Patients with cardiac comorbidities, diagnosis of thyroid disorders or who have undergone previous laryngeal surgery; neurological diagnosis or other that compromises phonation self declared by the participants; and who have performed speech therapy prior to or concurrent with the study participation.

Name Time Method Improvement of vocal quality, determined by perceptual-auditory evaluation through the GRBASI protocol and acoustical voice analysis, using Voxmetria software.
