- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increase in cartilage metabolism (including COMP, collagen II) after reactive jumps under hypergravity in comparison to vertical jumps, under gravity (horizontal), and during running on a treadmill. Measuring times were in arm 1,2,3,5 always after relief of the lower extremities (= lying on a couch) (blood draw pre I), directly before intervention (blood draw pre II) and after intervention with relief of the lower extremity immediately ( Time 0), after 30 min. and after 60 min. (Blood sampling post I-III)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Higher knee-joint-moments during reactive jumps under hypergravity.
Measuring times during the entire run. (Arm 1-5)
