Inclusion Criteria

Module 1 Interviews: Presence of arterial hypertension,
Module 1 questionnaires: presence of arterial hypertension and covered by the AOK Nordost.
Module 2a: participation in a behavioral prevention course offered by AOK Nordost,
Module 2b: Use of a hypertension app within the last two years,
Module 3a: Current outpatient activity as a family doctor/family physician,
Module 3b: Current activity as a specialist in cardiology.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients should be able to speak German and understandable oral communication should not be an obstacle. There should be no severe impairment of mental and cognitive abilities.
